Warranty Policy For ATOTO Products
Thank you for purchasing ATOTO car electronics products!
This Warranty policy applies to all ATOTO products purchased from ATOTO Online stores or authorized ATOTO dealers.
What does this Warranty Policy cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in hardware or firmware under regular use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, ATOTO dealers or ATOTO authorized partners will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of hardware malfunction, under regular use and maintenance.
A product of the ATOTO Car Stereo product line proves firmware issues will be fixed within two weeks by contacting the ATOTO buyer support team, or else a new one will be replaced with.
What will we do to correct problems?
ATOTO dealers or ATOTO authorized partners will either repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
How long does the coverage last?
For ATOTO car stereo products, the warranty period for products purchased from ATOTO online store or authorized ATOTO dealers is 365 days from the date of purchase (purchasing proofs like order number/transaction ID from the marketplace, invoice, purchasing receipt are required). For the optional accessories working with ATOTO car stereo products, the warranty period is 6months from the date of purchase.
Special Terms For ATOTO Car Stereo/Radio Products:
Free return for a full refund within 45 days after purchase;
Exchange for a brand new one within 90 days after purchase for quality-related issues;
Who is responsible for the cost that happens during return or repair?
1). Within 90 days, for quality-related issues, ATOTO will cover the shipping fee for sending products back to us (Only applicable to domestic purchases, excluding cross-border shopping). After that, users need to pay for the shipping cost of shipping the product back.
Return shipping fees since purchase shall be paid by the buyer if the product has no quality issues, or is confirmed workable by our after-sales engineers.
Non-defective products return requested 45 days later since purchase, but still within 90 days, are subject to a restocking fee of 15% (based on the products total in the original order).
2). Within the warranty period, ATOTO is responsible for the cost of sending the repaired product to users
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
*Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in hardware or firmware.
*If the problems happen after 365 days since purchase, users can still contact ATOTO online support team or ATOTO dealers or ATOTO authorized partners to resolve issues at material cost (no labor cost required if the product is sold by ATOTO directly);
*Product requested for warranty has no associated purchasing proof/invoice/receipt, or no authorized ATOTO dealers help to confirm;
*Abuse of online third-party marketplace store policy or ATOTO warranty policy terms will be excluded from getting official warranty service from ATOTO support team;

To obtain warranty service, you need to visit support.myatoto.com and register your warranty and write to us when problems happen so that we can determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
Free extra 6-month extended warranty for specified orders
All ATOTO Car Stereo/Radio products are applicable for this extra limited 6-month extended warranty bonus if the user's warranty registration request is submitted within 14 days after the order is placed and can be approved. So there are two criteria for being covered by this extended warranty offer:
Users submit the warranty registration request within 14 days after the original order was placed (not the date of product arrival);
The warranty registration request has all the required information and is finally approved by ATOTO Support Team;
